Instructions:
The finished size of this card is 6.30” x
6.30” (16cm x 16cm)
Taking the white card stock, make a tent
fold card measuring 6.30” x 6.30” (16cm x 16cm). Taking the Frozen Lake ink and
inking tool or a dauber and ink the edges of the card front.
Look for the flag print in the paper
collection, cut this a little smaller than the card front.
Ink the edges with the Frozen lake ink.
Taking the stamping card and cut this to
5.51” x 5.51” (14cm x14cm) Ink the edges with the Frozen lake ink. Taking the
stamp from the Haven of day dreams stamp set and the coffee ink, stamp the
trees. Bring colour to the trees with the zig markers.
To make the sentiment, using the sentiment
lacy die from the ‘Ornamental Tags’ die set, the sentiment stamp from the
‘Celebrate Love’ set, the craft foam and the checked paper from the paper
collection. Die cut, stamp then adhere all together. Apply the diamond stickles to the lace edges on the
sentiment then put aside to dry.
To make the flowers, stamp
the Purr-fect Posies in the coffee ink onto the white stamping card then bring
the colour to the image using the zig markers, Light Blue and Yellow. When
finished coloring die cut all the images. You can bring shape to the die cuts
by using the 3D flower mold. Use the flower shaping tools to bring further
shape if needed. Make a hole in the center of the flower with the pointed end
from the spellbinders tool. Thread the blue stamens through the whole
adding another flower layer if wanted. Secure all together by using the hot
glue gun at the back of the flower petal and stamen thread. When you have
applied the glitter with clear drying glue and all is dry, trim the stamen
threads away ready for use on the card. When making the leaves, also run them
through the mold.
Stamp, colour and die cut the flags and
lights, apply the diamond stickles to the light bulbs. Stamp, colour and die cut
the caravan. Die cut the door and window out of this caravan. Die cut four
extra caravans, windows and the doors from the card, adhere these together
including the coloured parts. Adhere the caravan to the card front. Adhere the
flags and lights to the top of the card. Adhere the prepared sentiment to the
left of the caravan, hiding the wheel. Adhere the flowers and leaves in place
under the sentiment and to the right side of the caravan. Apply the diamond
stickles to the caravan trim, the window frames and doorframe. Apply the
crystal Lacquer to the windows. To finish the card, add a few lights across the
door
