The finished size of this hinged tent fold card is: 6 ¼” x 7 ½” (15.8cm x19cm)
Make the card base to the above measurements from the white card.
Find the paper print with the yellow, blue and sky shading in the Sea Breeze paper collection. Cut this a little smaller than the card base.
From a piece of white card, cut this to 4 ½” x 5 ½” (11.5cm x 14.5cm). Find the frame stamp in the “Day At Sea” set also the inner frame die from the matching die set, stamp the image with the sepia ink and die cut using the inner frame die. Colour the stamped image with the zig marker pens and water. Taking the Sand Storm ink and inking tool or dauber, ink the edges of all the layers, card base, printed-paper and the card front with the die cut frame image. Putting the card front aside for later.
The die cutting list: lighthouse: x 1 stamped, plus x 3 extra die cut layers, Clouds: x 3 small clouds plus x 3 extra layers die cut for two of the clouds, The seagulls: x 1 set stamped plus x 3 extra die cuts. The perching seagull: stamp x 1 plus x 3 extra die cut layers. The seashells: stamped x 3 plus die cut x 2 with the outer die and the third with the shell die, plus x 3 extra layers of die cuts for the shells. The leaves: stamp and die cut x 5 sets. The flowers: stamp and die cut x 4 med flowers and x 8 small flowers.
The flowers are made so: Take the stamp and die collection set for these flowers and the matching blossom shaping mold. Stamp and die cut enough to use for the card. Colour the elements using the (Yellow) zigg marker pen and a water pen for the flowers and a green colour marker for the leaves. When coloured, run the flower petals and leaves through the die cutting machine with the mold. For each flower prick a hole in the centre with a pricking tool and thread the stamens through the hole. Secure the stamens using the hot glue gun. Before trimming the stamen threads away apply glue to the petal edges with the old water brush, dip the petals in the glitter and put aside to dry. When dry trim away the threads, now they are ready to use.
Taking a scrap piece of white card for the sentiment. Find the sentiment stamp in the “Just For You” stamp set. Stamp with the sepia ink and trim the sentiment into two lines. Ink the edges of the sentiment then adhere the card front with 3D dots.
Bring color to all the rest of the elements stamped, using the Zigg markers then adhere the matching element layers together ready for use.
Taking the card front and the made elements, arrange them as seen in the photo, checking to see the placements work with the die cut frame in the card front before adhering in place. Adhere the flying seagulls to the top card front. Place and adhere the flowers and leaves in clusters to the left and right of the lower card front. Adhere the sentiment between the flower clusters.
To finish the card apply glossy to the elements for attention and diamond stickles to the seashells.
