This is a fifteen and a half inch x fifteen and a half inch ( 30 cm x 30 cm )LO. The photo used measures two inches and twelve sixteenths of an inch squared. (7 cm x 7 cm) Start constructing the LO by finding the blue / green boarded design paper from the Tropical Paradise collection, cut this I half so the boarder will become the center of the page. Ink all edges with both distress ins. First the evergreen bough, second the chipped sapphire. Adhere cardboard to the back. Trim the photo to size and back with cardboard. Sand the edges of the photo to let the white of the photo paper show, giving a distressed look. Find the green colored design paper from the collection and make a matting about a quarter of an inch (5 mm ) larger than the photo on all sides. Back this also with cardboard. Ink the edges. Adhere the layers together. Add another two smaller layers of cardboard to the back to raise this from the page. Adhere to the upper center of the LO base. Taking the green, blue / grey and the orange / yellow design paper from the collection stamp with the black archival ink the leaves ( 13 leaf and sprigs, 13 ferns ) and flowers, ( 8 med large and 10 med small sizes ). Shape and adhere the flowers together. To prepare the Creative embellishment words Play and Fun, first add a few layers of gesso then add stickles to bling the words. Leave to dry. Arrange all the flowers and leaves and adhere to secure in their place. Adhere the words to the LO.
To finish add the half gold pearls to the flower centers and add stickles.
Below....lots of close ups so you can see where and how the embellishments are placed.

The measurements of the calendar used are, one inch and one thirteenths of a n inch x two inches and fourteen sixteenths of an inch1 ( 4.8 cm x 7.3 cm )
This calendar card base measures five inches and five sixteenths x five inches and fourteen sixteenths of an inch when folded flat.
Start by cutting the base card five inches and five sixteenths of an inch x ten inches and nine sixteenths of an inch ( 26.8 cm x 13.4 cm ). Make two folds of two inches and five sixteenths of an inch ( 6 cm )to make hill and valley folds to form the foot of the card. Cut a slider to measure two inches and one sixteenth of an inch x four inches and a half of an inch ( 5.1 x 11.6 cm ) Cut the card front to fie inches and four sixteenths of an inch x three inches and thirteen sixteenths of an inch. (13.4 cm x 10 cm ) The matting for all pieces are cut at one sixteenths ( 2mm) smaller all sides. The orange / yellow matting design paper is found in the paper Tropical Paradise. Ink all the edges of this paper when cut to size. The card front design paper is also found in the collection printed a little longer so you will need to trim the length to fit. Ink the edges of this paper with the Green bough distress ink. Distress the edges of this paper also with the paper-distressing tool. Adhere all the matting papers to the card base with double sided tape or clear drying glue. The card front is adhered with 3d foam tape or double dots. With the orange / yellow design paper make a matting a little larger than the calendar, ink it with wild honey distress ink. Adhere this paper and the calendar to the right side of the card foot. Embellish the card front to the left of the calendar keeping in mind you need to be able to tear the calendar months away as the year goes on. To finish add the half pearls and stickles to the flowers and leaves.
Again lots of close ups for you.
