Ink all edges with both distress ins. First the evergreen bough, second the chipped sapphire. Adhere cardboard to the back. Trim the photo to size and back with cardboard. Sand the edges of the photo to let the white of the photo paper show, giving a distressed look.  Find the green colored design paper from the collection and make a matting about a quarter of an inch (5 mm ) larger than the photo on all sides. Back this also with cardboard. Ink the edges. Adhere the layers together. Add another two smaller layers of cardboard to the back to raise this from the page. Adhere to the upper center of the LO base. Taking the green, blue / grey and the orange / yellow design paper from the collection stamp with the black archival ink the leaves ( 13 leaf and sprigs, 13 ferns ) and flowers, ( 8 med large and 10 med small sizes ). Shape and adhere the flowers together. To prepare the Creative embellishment words Play and Fun, first add a few layers of gesso then add stickles to bling the words. Leave to dry. Arrange all the flowers and leaves and adhere to secure in their place. Adhere the words to the LO.
To finish add the half gold pearls to the flower centers and add stickles.

For this card make an extra card front from cardboard measuring six inches x six inches ( 15.2 cm x 15.2 cm ) The matting for this will be the same measurements. You will find this paper with the rainbow print already printed to size in the paper pad block. Ink the edges with the green distress ink.For all other parts of the card the matting will be cut one sixteenth smaller at all edges. (1mm ). Ink all the matting papers then adhere to the card base and fronts. Adhere the slider to the center top of the card using double sided tape and clear drying glue. Adhere the card front to the card base then adhere the slider guide so the slider can slide in between the guide and card front. Once all is dry and secure adhere the extra card front with 3d foam dots to the card front.

Make the sentiment by die cutting the words “Thinking of You” six times.
Adhere all the layers together then color with the intense pencil to match the colors from the paper.

Make the five ( 5 ) large flowers and enough leaves as fillers to arrange at the foot of the card.

The flamingos are colored then adhered to the chipboard made from 5 layers extra card stock cuts.

Able and below you can see both sides of the card-foot

Tuck and adhere under the leaves as seen in the photo of the card. Adhere the bling to the flower centers and each side of the sentiment.

Add stardust stickles to the flowers and a few leaves, last apply the crystal Lacquer to the flamingo pair. Put aside to dry, then you are done.

Don't you love all the bright colours in this collection? I love this background. I normally don't go for the brights...but this was perfect for this card...I thought anyway.
Till next time...have a happy scrappy inky day.
