Crafters Companion love on this Monday...

featuring some of the new Sara's signature collection, 'Flutterby' with the 3d embossing folders using the gold building wax....a fantastic combo!

Lots of close ups to enjoy today. The product list is at the end of the post.
Enjoy!

Layering the butterfly's gives the front interest. The shield is cut from cardboard and design paper, embossed, then the gilding wax and Tumbled glass distress ink applied.

Tied at the side for the closing using three organza ribbons.
The sentiment is die cut about 6 times then adhered together to form a word chippie the ink and wax is applied.

Adding the building wax a little at a time so it can be true to the elegance the gold wax brings to any project.

This box is brought out by G45
The box sides have been stamped, stencilled with the novo mouse then the gold gilding wax is applied to make a elegant finish to the mixed media and cover edges.

A peak at the inside..the embossing and gilding wax is applied here too.

A total look at the inside workings. There is a small book with 3 selves with a band to hold all closed and in place. The band brings back the butterflies from the front cover.

Yes there is also a small cute tag book to match.

Getting a close look at the mini book and the tag book.
The butterfly is die cut from the new pretty glitter card-stock.
The card-stock packet has 4 colours, so it is value for money.

The real life project can be seen at HANDMADE HOBBIE from Saturday on wards.
Thats it for today...wishing you a scrappy happy day
