INSTRUCTIONS:
This finished tent fold card measures 6 1/2” x 8 1/4” ” (16.6cm x 20.9cm)
Make the tent fold card 61/2” wide and 81/4” high. Taking the Honey Pot ink and a foam-inking tool, ink the card base edges with this ink. Finding the paper in the paper collection for the card front background cut this a little smaller than the card base. Ink this also with the Honey Pot ink on the edges.Taking the stamp and die sets ‘Wild Aster Spray’ and the ‘Wild Aster Scroll & Cluster’ stamp, cut the Scroll and the flower sprays (x4) needed for this card from the Wild Aster Spray set . Bring color to the stamped images with the Archival inks Saffron, Red Geranium and Leaf Green. Apply the inks with the dauber tool. Use the zig marker pen-Red wine for the dots in the sprays and the dazzling details for the flower heads. 2x boarder sprays from the Wild Aster Spray set, 10 flowers from the Wild Aster set, 4x large aster sprays from the Wild Aster Spray set , 11x leaves. 2x sprays from the cluster from the Wild Aster Scroll & Cluster set
To make the Asters used in this card, stamp the flowers and leaves using the Library Green ink. Bring colour to the stamping using the Saffron for the flowers and the Leaf Green for the leaves. Once the colouring is done, die cut the shapes. Bring shape to the flowers and leaves by using the tools in the 3D flower shaping kit.
To apply the glitter to the flower centers, apply the clear drying glue to the flower petals at the centre going up the petal then dip into the glitter. Put aside to dry then apply the prills as so: apply clear drying glue to the flower centres then pour the prills over the flower. With the shaping tool press down on the prills so the prills go into the glue, set aside to dry.
The leaves are stamped, coloured and die cut, by using the 3D flower shaping tools shape the leaves from the back to how you want them.
To decorate the card: First trim the large flower sprays so they can be arranged to form a cluster on the card. Fill the cluster with the leaves and sentiment. When pleased with the arrangement, adhere in place with the hot glue gun. Adhere the already prepared aster flowers also with the hot glue gun onto the flower heads in the sprays so you get a 3d effect.. Add the small sprays as fillers where needed. Add the aster boarders along the bottom of the card, also adding the aster flowers in their place. Apply the dazzling details to the flower buds in the sentiment.

These Asters are such a wonderful addition to the Heartfelt Creations flower collections.
Next week we have more eye candy using this collection, so till then have a happy scrappy inking time.
Sussipoppins inky hugs
