using the Deluxe Flower Shaping too

Directions:
The finished tent fold card measures, 20 cm x 14.7 cm. All the stamping is done with the gold embossing powder. To make the card base, cut the Ivory card stock to 29.4 cm x 20 cm, fold in half.  For the card base matting, find in the Italiana Riviera paper collection the design paper with the grape print. Cut the card base front with this paper to 19 cm x 13. 7 cm. Ink the edges with the Dusty Concord Ink.

Using the prick pen tool, prick holes along the inked edges for the embroidery. Backstitch this with the needle and thread. Distress all the edges with the paper distresser.  Adhere this paper to the card base with foam tape.

Cutting preparation for the fancy outer frame, cut to size, 16.5 cm x 11.4 cm, x 1 from the design paper.  Cut 17.3cm x 12.1 cm, x 4 from the Ivory card stock. Emboss x 1 with the wood grain embossing folder. Taking from the Majestic Labels die set the large die frame, center this die on each of the above precut card stock and design paper, one for one die cut. Align, stack, adhere all die cut frames together, creating a chipboard frame.

Before adhering the design paper die cut layer, ink the outer edges. Adhere, then you can ink both the outer and inner edges. Use the brayer to flatten the stack and secure the glue if needed.

For the center frame find the die need in the Majestic Label set. Use this die to cut, x 4 from the Ivory card stock.. One of these will be stamped with the image. Once the image is stamped, all the layers can be aligned, stacked, adhered together. Ink the edge of this chipboard frame.

Taking another sheet of the card stock, part stamp the image so you will have the small grape bunch and the small vine leaf on the right of the image.

Fussy cut the single leaf, the leaf and small grape cluster, shape then added as 3d to the image that is stamped and colored.  Stamp, die cut and color the grape cluster that fits the image.

To raise the chipboard frame 1 cm from the card front, cut a scrap cardboard to back the frame. I used 2 layers of cardboard to do the job. Adhere the cardboard to the back of the frame, then to the centre of the card.

Stamp, die cut, color and shape the rest of the stamp images to make the embellishments for this card. Vines, bunches of grapes, grape vine leaf boarders and swirls. Trim and cut where needed to fit.

Use the Lilac card stock to make the rose buds. Go to the link above to show you how to make the flowers with the Deluxe flower shaping kit.

Make a bow from the ribbon. Use the glue dot to adhere the bow to the card then you can have fun arranging and adhering all in place with glue and 3d foam tape / double dots.

The embellishment added to the card is the sentiment. Once it is stamped, it is fussy cut then adhered with foam squares and glue to secure in place tucked under the bow and swirls.
