Heartfelt Creations Wednesday!

Hi!

It's that time again - the happiest day of the week - Wednesday!
Heartfelt Creations have once again eye candy that it to die for! Go over to their blog and check it out!

Here is some candy with no calories from me to you!

Heartfelt Creations products and products from our store:

Other Products Used: Spellbinders: Decorative Elements, Majestic Elements, Classic Ovals Large, Fancy Frame. Paper: card stock: craft, Pink, Water Color Paper Ink: Black, Brown Other: Needle and gold thread, Prick pen, Carand'ache neocolor ll water crayons, Stickles star dust, Petite flower punch SUP deleted, Seam-binding ribbon crumb cake SUP, Double sided tape, Water spritzer, Clear drying glue, Tweezers.

The card size is 16 cm x 16 cm. Make an ezel card using pink cardstock. Card front base 1st layer, 16 cm x 16 cm craft. 2nd layer, 15.4 cm x 15.4 cm cerise. 3rd layer, design paper from paper pad 15 cm x 15 cm, prick wholes for the back stitching, all four edges of design paper 0.5 cm from the edge, using the distressing tool, distress the four edges of the design paper.

With water color paper, cut the fancy frame and oval. Punch a few flowers from the off cuts of water color paper. Using the image from HCPC 3639 Love Bird Hangout and Stamp Positioner Kit, stamp both die cuts so they fall on top of each other. Stamp and die cut single flowers using the HCPC 3641 Heartthrob PreCut Set and HCD 755 Romantique garden die. Color the flowers and stamped image. Ink around both frame edges with first brown then black. Back and attach both oval frames with double dots. Place the frames in the center of design paper front.

Tape a layer of seam-binding ribbon along the bottom of frame, see photo of card. With a length of seam-binding ribbon, draw a strand from the center of one end. Pulling the thread to gather the ribbon. Do this till you get the length you want for the card. Cut and place a thin strip of double sided tape over the center of flat ribbon. Place the gathered ribbon over this so a little of the flat ribbon shows in the back ground. Make a triple bow and place in center.

Ball and shape the loose flowers, back them with double dots. Attach these in their place, matching the size of flower. Dampen the punched flowers with the water spritzer, then using a fine tipped balling tool and mat, press down in the center. When dry this will become hard. Apply a little glue to the back, using tweezers attach to small flowers on the colored image. When all is glued down and dry in its place, you can then apply the Stickles and 3-D Crystal Lacquer on the birds, flowers and words.

To make the card stop: 1st layer 16cm x 6.8cm Kraft. 2nd layer 15.4cm x 6.2cm Pink. 3rd layer 14.9cm x 5.7cm design paper? Top layer, die cut an oval using 3rd die, Majestic Elements, water color paper. With the HCPC 3639 Love Bird Hangout border image, stamp 1 x on the die cut oval and 1 x extra to cut out. Stamp and die cut loose flowers to match the size on the border. Color all the stamped images using the same color choice as the card front. Sorry, you will have to cut out the boarder image by hand. With the design paper layer, prick, back stitch then distress the edges with a distressing tool. Apply double dots to all layers. Place and attach all to the front of the card making a stop. Prepare the loose flowers and attach the same as the card front? Finish the boarder by adding Stickles and 3-D Crystal Lacquer.

Told you... now you can go for second helpings... and no cals for the gals!

Until next time! Have an inky scrappy day!
